I always remember you

At every stage of my life, I got to know amazing people who know amazing things. At each stage, we did wonderful things together and crafted great memories together. We went through the highs and lows of life, at that point of time.

As time goes by and we finally reached the fork roads of life. Ahead of us were paths that we will take, separately, as we go on to pursue our different dreams and discover our own defintion of life. And so, we parted.

As we progress in our separate paths, we are re-shaped by endeavours that we overcome. The common identity that we once had together gradually fade away, into memory. Despite the occasional meet-ups on birthdays and new year, the familiarity had disappeared.

Nonetheless, you have left footprints in my life and I am grateful to have met you. Your presence and our memories have shaped me into who I am today. I will always remember you.

Even though I don't contact, even though I don't express myself, know that I still think of you everyday.
